Online Korean Group Classes: One Subscription, Every Class, Unlimited
Learn Korean through the songs you love, the streets you'll walk, and the conversations you'll actually have. Here's how our live group classes work, how to choose between group and 1:1 lessons — and honest answers to the questions you're probably asking.

You've watched the dramas. You know every word of the choruses (phonetically, at least). Maybe you've even downloaded three different Korean apps and let two of them go quiet.
The hard part was never wanting to learn Korean. It's finding a way to learn that actually fits your life — one that doesn't feel like homework, doesn't cost a fortune, and doesn't happen at 4 AM your time.
That's exactly what we built our group classes for. Here's how they work.
Why Group Classes? 🌏
You learn with people, not at them. Language isn't a subject you memorize — it's something you use. In a live class, you speak, you make mistakes, you hear how other learners phrase things, and a real teacher corrects you in the moment. That's the part an app can't give you.
Learn as much as you want, for one price. One subscription unlocks every group class — all four courses, every session. K-pop on Saturday and Daily Korean twice midweek? Go ahead. There's no "you've used up your credits" wall.
Built for your timezone, not ours. Sessions are scheduled to work for learners in India, the US, Mexico, and Europe — because a great class you can't attend isn't a great class.
Real Korean, in short doses. Some classes are just 30 minutes. Short enough that you'll actually show up, frequent enough that it sticks. And every course is built around real language — real lyrics, real menus, real conversations you'll have at a café in Seoul.
Meet the Four Classes 📚
🎵 KPOP Korean — 50 min / once a week
Learn Korean with K-pop — through the songs you already love.
- Sing along to BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE, SEVENTEEN, IVE, NewJeans and more
- Pick up real pronunciation and natural expressions straight from the lyrics
- Discover the culture hidden inside your favorite songs
Best for: fans who want lyrics to finally make sense — and to sing them properly.---
☕ Daily Korean — 30 min / twice a week
The Korean you'll actually use today.
- "Can you pack this to go?" "Is this seat taken?" "Where do I pay?" — real situations you face in Korea
- Practical phrases for cafés, restaurants, buses, and shopping
- The same lesson runs twice — just pick the time that suits you
Best for: travelers, new residents, and anyone who wants to speak on day one.
🚡 K-Culture — 30 min / twice a week
Meet the real Korea, beyond the classroom.
- Namsan cable car, Jeonju hanok stays, Ikseon-dong cafés, Han River chicken, Gwangjang Market…
- Expressions you can use the moment you land
- The same lesson runs twice — attend whichever fits your schedule
Best for: culture lovers and travelers planning a trip — or dreaming about one.
📚 General Korean — 50 min / twice a week
Build a solid foundation, step by step.
- The essentials: greetings, introductions, numbers, dates, hobbies
- Grammar and conversation together, in one structured course
- Each session covers new material — attend both to follow the full course
Best for: absolute beginners who want to do it properly.
💡 You don't have to choose. Your subscription includes all four. Most learners mix a foundation course with something fun — General Korean during the week, KPOP on the weekend.
Group Classes or 1:1 Lessons? Two Good Paths 🛤️
We offer both — and neither is "better." They're built for different goals, and plenty of learners use both.
👤 1:1 Lessons — depth and personalization
A private lesson is entirely yours: your level, your goals, your schedule. Every minute of speaking time belongs to you. It costs more per hour, because that's what dedicated one-on-one instruction is worth.
Choose 1:1 if you have a specific target (TOPIK prep, a job interview, business Korean), want a curriculum built around your exact weak points, or need to move as fast as possible.
👥 Group Classes — consistency, community, and volume
A group class gives you what a private lesson structurally can't: other learners. You hear how someone else phrases the same idea. You realize you're not the only one who mixes up 은/는 and 이/가. And you get the momentum of showing up with other people, week after week.
Choose group classes if you want to build a steady habit, learn better with other voices in the room, like exploring widely (K-pop one day, travel Korean the next), or prefer one predictable monthly price.
Because your subscription is unlimited, the math works in your favor:
What's included every week:
- KPOP Korean — 50 min, once a week
- Daily Korean — 30 min, twice a week
- K-Culture — 30 min, twice a week
- General Korean — 50 min, twice a week
Total: about 4.5 hours a week.
(Daily Korean and K-Culture repeat the same lesson twice, so attend once or both — your call.)
That's 18+ hours of live instruction a month for one flat price. No meter running, no credits to ration. The more you show up, the more you get.
💡 The honest recommendation
Not sure where to start? Start with a group class — it's the easiest way to build the habit. Once you know your weak spots, add an occasional 1:1 to drill them. That combination works beautifully.
Your Questions, Answered ❓
Q. I'm a complete beginner — and I can't even read Hangeul. Can I keep up? Yes. General Korean is built for people starting at zero, taught step by step, and our teachers are used to true beginners. The group setting means you'll never be the only one asking "wait, can you say that again?"
For an easy head start: just sign up and you'll get a free 1:1 trial lesson. When you book it, select our "Welcome to Hangeul Magic" textbook and your teacher will walk you through reading Hangeul. Walk into your first group class already able to sound out words, and everything — lyrics, menus, subtitles — clicks a lot faster.
Q. What if I'm shy about speaking in a group? Completely normal — and honestly, one of the best reasons to join. In a group class there's no spotlight fixed on you the whole time, so you can ease in at your own pace: listen first, speak when you're ready. It's far less intimidating to make your first mistakes alongside other learners than alone in front of a teacher.
Q. I'm not a beginner. Is this too easy for me? The four courses hit different levels and goals. KPOP Korean and K-Culture suit learners who already have a base and want natural expressions, listening practice, and cultural nuance — the things textbooks skip.
Q. What if I miss a class? Daily Korean and K-Culture run the same lesson twice a week at different times, so just take the other session. And since your subscription covers everything, missing a class never means "wasting" a credit.
Q. My timezone is awful. Will there be a class I can attend? Our schedule is built specifically around India, the US, Mexico, and Europe. Check the current timetable — there's very likely a session that lands at a civilized hour for you.
Q. How much is it? USD 49 per month for unlimited access to every group class. Because it's unlimited, the value grows with how much you use it — attend regularly and that's 18+ hours of live instruction a month for one flat price.
Q. Should I take group classes or 1:1 lessons? Depends on your goal. 1:1 gives you a personalized curriculum and undivided attention — ideal for exam prep or a specific target. Group classes give you consistency, conversation with other learners, and the freedom to attend as much as you like. Many learners combine both.
Q. Can I try a class before I pay? Yes — and you really should. Two ways:
- Free live K-pop group classes, every Saturday. Learn Korean through the lyrics of songs you already know — BTS, BLACKPINK, TWICE and more. No payment, no card, no pressure.
- A free 1:1 trial lesson, just for signing up. Great for getting a feel for our teachers — or for learning to read Hangeul first.
(Check our website for upcoming sessions and your local start time.)
Q. Is there a discount available? 🎁 Yes. Everyone who signs up by the end of July gets 50% off their first month — including learners who already have an account. It applies to the first month only, after which the regular price resumes. (Offers can change — check our site.)
The Honest Pitch
We're not going to promise you'll be fluent in three months. Nobody can.
What we can promise is this: a class you look forward to, at a time you can actually make, with a real teacher and other learners who are as excited about Korea as you are. Consistency beats intensity, and a class you enjoy is a class you'll keep showing up to.
One subscription. Every class. Your timezone.
Come find out what Korean sounds like when it's about the things you love.
